I was sitting around cruising the internet the other day, when I realized I've been meaning to purchase some camera armor for my XTi. I'd been putting it off for a while under the guise that it's stupidly overpriced ($40-50) and once there are a couple newer models out, it'd get cheaper. Fortunately that was the case. It's just not gonna happen.

Seven months and thousands of dollars later, nothing.

I've been trying to keep myself ready for this. Onward and upward. Stay strong. Better now than later, right?

I should probably be super mega ultra pissed right now, but I don't see what that would accomplish.

Today I found out that my Grandma has lung cancer. It has metastasized.

Nobody is really surprised... She's smoked for years and years. But that doesn't make it suck any less, y'know?

On the plus side, I talked to my aunt for almost an hour. She's lots of fun to talk to.

Yesterday, I was involved in a large car accident. Both of our cars were completely totaled. I am completely fine, save for a couple bruises, and so is the other driver.

The good: I don't have appendicitis, and I don't have to have any sort of surgery done.

The bad: I have a cyst on my right ovary. It's small (2 cm), but it could grow. I have to keep an eye on it for a while. It might go away within the next few weeks, but nobody's sure yet. It hurts. Oh, and I have an infection. Awesome. Furthermore, my RN had ( Read more... )
